What is a Chargeable Weight Calculator?
Airlines charge based on whichever is greater: the actual gross weight or the volumetric (dimensional) weight of your shipment. This calculator compares both values so you know exactly what you'll be charged for, helping you plan packaging and costs more effectively.
Formula: Volumetric Weight = (L × W × H) ÷ 6,000
The higher of actual weight and volumetric weight is used for billing.
